- base rate: 2 pts / moankee / day, kept low on purpose.
- chemistry: every pair of roles in a crew has a positive synergy bonus (see matrix below) — bonuses are averaged across all pairs in the crew.
- full desk: exactly 5 members, one of each role → +40%.
- specialist: 3 or more members sharing one role → +25%.
- loyalty: +0.1% per day a crew has been running, capped at +30% (~300 days).
- all bonuses stack, then multiply the crew's total daily output.
